A friend got me a gift certificate for Christmas and I have yet to be able to actually use it. Guess they got their money so now they can care less if the gift can be used in any way.

I have emailed them and all they say is the code is verified and valid but every time I try to use it their form says enter a payment method but there is not place to enter the info and will not process any further.

I have been trying for over 2 weeks to try to get help with this issue. They have their money and I have a bogus gift code, guess they do not really care at this point because I am 1 person versus the rest of the vaping crowd that orders from them.

Reason of review: Order processing issue.

Monetary Loss: $35.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

Most companies, madvapes included, sell gift cards and this doesn't add revenue to the business until the gift card is used on a purchase.

I would call in to get your help but I work mon thru fri 8-5 and your customer service is only avail during those times so how do you suppose I contact you to get this resolved because your site still wants to charge me for the shipping when I clearly have enough "points" 885 to be exact to cover my purchase and the shipping. So there is obviously more issues with your website the need addressed, maybe your IT people/person needs to really figure this all out before making it go live on your website and upsetting more of your customers.

The points should have been for the whole amount of the gift card. Once points are applied it will cover shipping so long as you have enough points to do so.

Every 20 reward points is equal to $1.00. The only states that the points want cover the whole cost of the order would be the following: North Carolina ( only with juice orders due to state nicotine tax ), Texas and Massachusetts (for the signature required fee per the state law prohibiting minors from ordering online).

They have since refunded the gift and gave me reward points to "compensate" for the website hiccup. That was nice of them since no one there seemed able to help.... But a more favorable idea would have probably been giving a gift card in the same amount that way they get to keep the $$ and I would have probably spent the $ at there website anyways but now we are both without the $$ and points to use is fine but I'd still have to pay shipping, where the gift card would cover that too.
