I been buying from this company since they started 5 years. Never had an issue. Til now , I brought an itaste 134 and it was missing the tank. How the *** you suppose to vape without a tank. Also I bought some juices that didn't look nor taste good. They need to be shut down. Costumer service sucks. They have nasty additudes. For the record I only stared have problems when merged with ecig Hope they fix the problem or I will no longer be doing business with them ever again

Defective products and no refund after return. STAY AWAY!!!

I ordered a tank from them and the item I received was defective. The tank made all 3 of my mods heat up to the point that you could not hold them. I contacted Mad Vapes and they sent me a return label to send the defective product back. I sent the item back and they emailed me that they have received it and will process my refund. I have to email them every 3 days asking the status and will get a reply every other email stating they will get right on it. Its the same answer every time. Its been 3 weeks since they received the return and I still have gotten no refund and no email responses. DO NOT BUY FROM MADVAPES.COM. If you do pray that your item works because they will rip you off on the refund!!!!

Dropped the Ball with regular customer - Careless, Empty Response

I've been purchasing between $60 - $100 online from Madvapes every 2-3 months for some years now. I'm a very good, above average customer to say the least.

Recently I made a similar purchase and paid an additional $7 for 2nd day air shipping as I often do. This was on a Friday, so I gave them the benefit of the doubt that it would not go out until Monday and would arrive on Wednesday, latest Thursday. Its now Saturday and still nothing. I emailed customer service and received a series of emails telling me they only agreed to ship within 72 hours and proceeded to give me a hard time.

I only asked them to refund the difference between 2nd day air and regular shipping, which was maybe $5 at most. The CS girl "Samantha" declined and tried to tell me they shipped within the guidelines of their legal fine print. After 3 emails she offered to give me a 12ml sample of their choice on my next purchase. No thanks.

I've bought from many suppliers, even suppliers in China over the years and generally when an online business drops the ball when faster shipping is purchased, they will refund the additional paid for the faster shipping and apologize, to keep your business. Madvapes acted as if they had plenty of business and could care less if I even purchased from them again.

I've got to think that customers who purchase $100 every couple months cannot grow on trees and most businesses would be willing to do even more than refund the shipping difference, $5, when they drop the ball. Madvapes must have plenty of business and clearly they don't need mine.

I was ordering the same exact blueberry juice from mad-vapes for about a year. After buying getting 12 different bottles of the same juice I was instantly aware when.

There was something wrong with the latest batch. And I got 6 50 ml bottles of it usually after steeping it turns pink this stuff looked like urine and continues to look like urine more every day. The taste is totally different. When I asked them if they changed the recipe they should post it in the description so people aren't spending 100$ on juice their not gonna like.

They told me basically they didn't change anything its the way its always been. I sent them a picture of a bottle of juice from my last order it was nice and pink sitting next to the bottle of urine they sent me. And they didn't even acknowledge the photo so I sent it twice more and the only response was that its me and I don't know what I'm talking about. So I'll be ordering somewhere else.

You all should do the same.

They will bottle toilet water just to get your cash.

to the other commentor if you had read the complaint the original posted said it LOOKED like urine. then just said urine again ASSUMING you would have read the earlier part where they say it LOOKED like urine. instead of jumping all over them as you did why not take the time read the complaint as I did and not look like a terrible troll?

You lie, they sent you yellow juice not a bottle of urine. Does mommy know what lies you are posting on her PC, because you better be careful if you are telling people you were sold urine your mommy and daddy can be sued.

This is why they should monitor you online so you do not do anything foolish and get them into trouble.

Six year old's have no business being on the internet unsupervised. If is is urine why did you drink some of it.

In 2010 when I began dealing with madvapes, I had very few issues. Then as time went on, products began having more and more issues, and service went downhill. On my last several orders they have been slow to ship. It doesn't matter when I order, or what shipping I choose, it's the norm for them to ship things out after more than 48 hours as they claim on their website. This is annoying, because obviously you need juice to keep from smoking... You also need accessories. Their latest excuse was they were behind for the holiday. However, I didn't order on holidays, or close, on the last several order, but they feel it's their job to ship on day 3 or 4. Luckily in my area I can get decent juice at the gas station, and there are a few vap stores in the area as well.

I saved $100+ at Madvapes Electronic Cigarettes today, which I had every intention of spending in their store. The clerk, or whatever-the-*** his title was, treated me like dirt. I have never been as rudely talked to in my life by anyone who expected me to hand over my money to them. If such a thing as "bad karma" exists, this hole-in-the-wall has tractor-trailer load of it. It is hard for me to believe that anyone would invest perhaps hundreds of thousands of dollars in inventory and turn around and treat a customer with such a gross degree of tactlessness. I want this business out of my town. I cannot wait until they fall flat on their behinds and get what they deserve--nothing!

I feel bad writing this review, but lets be honest Madvapes is a complete waste of time for the experienced vape enthusiast. We waited close to an hour for the understaffed employees to eyeball juice flavors and sell to the unknowing rookie vaper.

Granted if your a newbie and want to give vaping a whirl they're cheaper than the kiosk at the mall. I have purchased concentrates from their website and was rather impressed with their flavor, but after tasting their in house mixes I am rather disappointed. My wife and I spent close to $50 on would be great flavorful creations, only to get home to water downed juice labeled PG/VG with no throat hit.

If your out on a limb and need an emergency part then by all means they probably have it. As for me, I'm gonna stick with Daniel from GotVapes, with their impeccable service, quality product and fast affordable shipping rates.

Madvapes LLC ecig online

I bought some things on the site and was ordering for awhile but ended up never ordering again. A few times I had problems with the dual coils cartomizers being defective (brand new). I thought it was maybe a mistake and let it pass. The last time I ordered 3 out of the 5 filters were defective and I explained to them and they would'nt do anything about it and ignored my emails. Places like this are all over the internet and you have to be careful where you order from. I would'nt recommend this place to anyone!! Poor service and ignorant workers. I ordered every month for about 4 months,sometimes 2 times a month and this is the thanks I get for being a good customer. I tried a different place called Gentlemans Brand, never bothered to return an email and every time you ask a price for something it changes!! People check the reviews before you order online to know what kind of company you are ordering from!!

Madvapes has gone to ***, I ordered 10 of the same prooduct and got a mix of junk that don't even work, don't resemble the picture and are not usable, they do not respond to emails. I have stopped buying from them after being a customer for 2 years.

Madvapes is ok. Some cartomizers are just bad, and all companies have the same policy for cartomizers.

Firstly, you have to accept there is a fail rate. Secondly, maybe you did something wrong. Maybe you overheated it, didn't fill it enough, didn't fill it properly, or filled it too much. Also, Madvapes is a re-seller.

Your gripe is not with them, but with the Chinese manufacturer of whichever cartomizers you bought. Don't buy that kind again. Maybe what didn't work for you works great for someone else. Smoktech is to blame, not Madvapes.

Madvapes does quickly reply and will exchange defective mods. You just can't be helped when it comes to juice and disposable cartomizers.

MAD VAPES E-CIG STORE

I was a customer for months ordering all the time and when a item was defective... they didnt do anything about it!! They told me the part never was defective and it was 1 out of 5000 chance. I ordered e-juice for electronic cigarettes and filters every month for about 7 months and a few times the filters were defective and were burnt tasting and very harsh. I kept ordering anyway because it was easy and knew the site very well. I finally gave up when the the last time I ordered there was 2 out of 4 filters defective!! I complained the time before this and they told me they would replace them if I shipped them back... it would of been the same price to just order new ones instead of going to the post office and shipping it back to them. This last time I sent them a message to see if they would actually do something about it and I was right not even a response!! So this was my last resort to post something up here to tell people what type of business they run!! Dont waste you're time with them as long as they have their money they dont care about you! To me it isnt the price, it's the principle!! It is very convenient for them to just not respond because they dont want to admit to their mistake. This is not how you run a business!! I will never order another thing from them and I am switching to another company now... and see how that goes!! thanks again pissed consumer!! A great website!! I want to mention that a couple other times I posted on here I got a response from the seller and 2 out of 3 times It has helped me!! I dont want to write things like this but it is the only way to get my point across and get a response!!
