I've been purchasing between $60 - $100 online from Madvapes every 2-3 months for some years now. I'm a very good, above average customer to say the least.
Recently I made a similar purchase and paid an additional $7 for 2nd day air shipping as I often do. This was on a Friday, so I gave them the benefit of the doubt that it would not go out until Monday and would arrive on Wednesday, latest Thursday. Its now Saturday and still nothing. I emailed customer service and received a series of emails telling me they only agreed to ship within 72 hours and proceeded to give me a hard time.
I only asked them to refund the difference between 2nd day air and regular shipping, which was maybe $5 at most. The CS girl "Samantha" declined and tried to tell me they shipped within the guidelines of their legal fine print. After 3 emails she offered to give me a 12ml sample of their choice on my next purchase. No thanks.
I've bought from many suppliers, even suppliers in China over the years and generally when an online business drops the ball when faster shipping is purchased, they will refund the additional paid for the faster shipping and apologize, to keep your business. Madvapes acted as if they had plenty of business and could care less if I even purchased from them again.
I've got to think that customers who purchase $100 every couple months cannot grow on trees and most businesses would be willing to do even more than refund the shipping difference, $5, when they drop the ball. Madvapes must have plenty of business and clearly they don't need mine.

Got 300ml of bad juice they did not care
I was ordering the same exact blueberry juice from mad-vapes for about a year. After buying getting 12 different bottles of the same juice I was instantly aware when.
There was something wrong with the latest batch. And I got 6 50 ml bottles of it usually after steeping it turns pink this stuff looked like urine and continues to look like urine more every day. The taste is totally different. When I asked them if they changed the recipe they should post it in the description so people aren't spending 100$ on juice their not gonna like.
They told me basically they didn't change anything its the way its always been. I sent them a picture of a bottle of juice from my last order it was nice and pink sitting next to the bottle of urine they sent me. And they didn't even acknowledge the photo so I sent it twice more and the only response was that its me and I don't know what I'm talking about. So I'll be ordering somewhere else.
You all should do the same.
They will bottle toilet water just to get your cash.

to the other commentor if you had read the complaint the original posted said it LOOKED like urine. then just said urine again ASSUMING you would have read the earlier part where they say it LOOKED like urine. instead of jumping all over them as you did why not take the time read the complaint as I did and not look like a terrible troll?
You lie, they sent you yellow juice not a bottle of urine. Does mommy know what lies you are posting on her PC, because you better be careful if you are telling people you were sold urine your mommy and daddy can be sued.
This is why they should monitor you online so you do not do anything foolish and get them into trouble.
