I placed an order in early June. I used chrome auto fill to add my information.

Including CC#, they took my money right away but there was a mistake in the address apparently. Paid priority shipping. I travel a lot and was surprised when the package was not here 9 days later. tracked the package- delivered back to Madvapes in Mooresville NC the day after it was shipped....no call, no email just sat on the package until I called.

Rude young woman blamed me for incorrect address and said they could not promise that it will go out because they may not know where it is. asked to speak to management- Brian, OK this guy was the worst smug little kid rude,basically calling me an ***, very condescending I asked because of the inconvenience could they overnight it ..he said not up to me I will see what I can do.....fast forward 8 days later, I just get off a plane..its Brian asking for my address AGAIN, said they just found the package, again can you fedex it overnight? see what I can do in his smug little passive aggressive voice. Just got an email regular USPS..do not order from these guys.

And MadVapes management Brian certainly can make a person furiuous. I have doubts the package will ever get here

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $135.

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.

Madvapes Cons: Rude staff.
